I am not sure what caused this issue in the first place as I am sure I didn\’t shutdown my computer while it was updating. Anyway as you can see from the title, a dynamic library link is corrupted, missing or I am not sure what is wrong with it. The computer start\’s normally; however, fan adjustments are gone, many programs do not start, Windows Explorer takes a lot of time to open my files.

Some programs do work such as Firefox To troubleshoot problems when your PC can\’t start, use your Windows installation disc or media\”. I really need my PC back and running normally I don\’t care about the files on the C drive as I backed up all my information; however, I do care about the information on the other drives.
